Privacy & POPIA notice
This notice explains how President Boulevard and PSP Properties handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into our contact and leasing enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name (leasing) and your message. Submitting a form requires your explicit consent, recorded with the enquiry.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are stored securely on this website and emailed to centre management. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If anonymous usage analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact centre management at info@pspms.co.za or 012 346 2693. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Requests for records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act are handled per our PAIA page.
